1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdtjl ("bdtjl", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bdtjl website located at https://bdtjl.vu and all associated services, games, betting markets, payment features, and promotional programmes (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of features on the bdtjl Platform, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active account on the bdtjl Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a prohibited activity under Section 8 of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bdtjl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate balances pending investigation.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdtjl will never contact you to request your password via email, telephone, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account while you are logged in — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility. 3.3 Account Currency

All bdtjl accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in Taka. bdtjl does not offer multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

bdtjl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to protect the integrity of the Platform and to fulfil its obligations in respect of anti-money laundering and fraud prevention. By registering an account, you consent to this process and agree to provide the following documentation upon request:

5.4 Deposit Integrity

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not accepted and will be returned. bdtjl reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used before processing any withdrawal. Any funds suspected of being deposited via fraudulent means will be frozen pending investigation.

5.5 Failed and Disputed Transactions

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated, which form part of these Terms. The following general conditions apply to all bdtjl promotions:

• Bonuses are valid for eligible registered accounts only. Players who have self-excluded, are under temporary suspension, or have not completed KYC are not eligible to receive or use bonus funds.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

7.4 Voided Bets

A sports bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or if a manifest error in the odds is identified. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's main wallet. Casino game rounds will not be voided except in the case of a verified technical failure at the provider level.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtjl Platform. Any player found to have engaged in or attempted any prohibited activity will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. bdtjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting bdtjl support at [email protected]. Before closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC verification is complete and no active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.

13.2 Termination by bdtjl

bdtjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account with or without prior notice if: (a) the player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player's account shows signs of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) bdtjl is required to do so by any applicable law, regulatory requirement, or court order; or (d) bdtjl determines, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account represents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

In cases of termination for breach of Terms, bdtjl reserves the right to withhold and forfeit account balances, including real-money funds, pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's payment method following the conclusion of the investigation.

14. Changes to These Terms

bdtjl may update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdtjl will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document. Where changes are significant, bdtjl may also notify registered players via the email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. 15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bdtjl is incorporated as an offshore platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Players based in Bangladesh acknowledge that bdtjl operates as an offshore platform and that they are solely responsible for compliance with any laws applicable in Bangladesh regarding online gambling.

bdtjl makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Players access the Platform at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
